Overview:
The role of the Operations Manager for External Staffing involves leading external suppliers contracted to complete work Product Connections teams are unable to execute. This position will be responsible for managing relationships, creating and tracking work projects, and handling invoices from and payments to employment partners. We are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic, motivated to learn and grow professionally, and possesses excellent problem solving, analytical skills, and can build and manage strong relationships with internal teams and employment partners to deliver results.
Responsibilities:
Partner with support teams, operations teams, and the partners to deliver results.
Consultative, collaborative leadership style with the ability to lead through influence.
Demonstrate the capability to handle multiple high priority projects.
Analyze and present data to improve program effectiveness and grow sales.
Qualifications:
Experience working with and knowledge of staffing agency industry.
Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team.
Proficient in utilizing MS Office, Excel, BI and leveraging data to lead the business.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive meaningful insights.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and follow-up skill set.
Exemplary written and oral communication abilities.
Excellent persuasion skills when communicating with both internal and external teams.
