　　Position overview:

　　Financial Analyst is in charge of the Denver & Lille headquarters for the finance tasks and support on the consolidated reports.

　　Key responsibilities include:

　　Manage the accounting tasks of the Denver and Lille Headquarter.

　　Daily activities (Cash management and bank postings ; Payables cycle with our SSC ; Intercompany fluxes (mainly personnel recharges & allocations).

　　Monthly closes (Follow the group calendar, monthly books closed in D+3, mainly labor and overheads costs for the headquarters).

　　Budgeting & forecasting (Annual budget + quarterly reforecasts).

　　Support on global monthly closes tasks (HFM Upload, ERPs Vs HFM checks, Essbase)

　　Taxes: monthly tax returns (VAT + intrastate) for the Lille office monitored by the local financial manager.

　　Costs optimization: Following up the expenses of these 2 headquarters (EVA optimization mindset)

　　Supporting the Ball Aerosol Accounting and Reporting manager in all his/her tasks

　　Knowledge and skills required:

　　Masters degree in Finance/ Economics and 1-3 years experience in the field of Finance

　　MS Office skills (SAP/JPE/HFM would be a plus)

　　Great interpersonal skills

　　Fluent in French and English (Spanish would be a plus)
