　　Primary Job DutiesAssist customers on the phone, through email, and on LiveChatPrepare and follow up on customer price quotes and sample requestsSet goals and priorities for your own workflowReach out to existing customers for account management (NO cold calls)Additional duties as needed

　　SkillsAttention to detail, accuracy and organizational skillsGood typing, written and communication skills2-3 years of experience in customer serviceKnowledge of ExcelPersonal time management skillsAbility to multi-taskMust be able to lift 25 lbs. on occasion
