Support Global Commercial Capabilities team (Global and NA DX, NRM and Sales Effectiveness)Close partner with senior leadership across all GCC teamWork in partnership with MBS and HBS to manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets
Responsibilities
Manage and control GCC budgets of $260MMDevelop tools, methodologies and project phase scorecards Support with the definition and tracking of Value Realization efforts across top priorities in GCCSupport in the standardization, governance and guardian of the PO processMaintain an active calendar of planning activities (Periodic Fcst reviews, AOP meetings and Period Close reviews)Work in partnership with HR and C&B team to maintain live HC planning modelsSupport planning and tracking activities for in-flight and new CARs for Sales Effectiveness and NRM
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to analyze and consolidate data from multiple sourcesStrong understanding of cause-effect and make the right connectionsCapable of maintaining financial models with high level of efficiencyStructured and able to understand and optimize planning processesAbility and mindset to interact with technology that produces business valueCapable of influencing senior leaders1+ years of experience in similar role requiredDigitally savvyExcellent analytical, financial and problem-solving skillMust have experience in managing CAPEXMust be able to manage large and complex budgets

Fast learner and proactive Organized and capable of managing multiple projects in parallelCapable of working closely with sectors and partner with other functions (S&T, IT, HR, GBS)Excelent presence, this role will interact with senior leaders (LG8-)Capable of influencing senior leaders
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $74,800 - $125,250 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryBonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
