OverviewThe Manufacturing & Warehouse Parts Inventory Coordinator contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by managing the maintenance parts for the Philadelphia, PA manufacturing facility. Position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

　　Working hours: 8 hours per day

　　Mon to Fri - 8 am - 4 pm (Subject to change).

　　Responsibilities* Job planning and preparation* Maintain Maintenance (CMMS) database* Manage PMs, work orders, and emergency repairs* Reconcile parts inventory* Analyze daily, weekly, and period end inventory counts* Coordinate with vendors on parts sourcing and cost analysis* Lead period close process consistent with GCS control standards

　　Qualifications

　　Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:* HS Diploma or GED* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; specifically, Excel* Ability to work weekends and overtime as required

　　Preferred Experience, Skills and Abilities:* Bachelors' degree* Technical aptitude around maintenance work* Previous experience in an inventory control function/computerized environment
