Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end trade investment activities from spend accrual to claim settlement by working closely with Promotion planning, Sales, and Claim team.
Provide customer performance and trade investment analysis and present to Sales leadership team on monthly basis.
Drive promotion effectiveness’s discussion with Trade Marketing and Sales team and provide recommendation to present to BU leadership meeting.
Ensure effectiveness of controls & compliance, and coordinate with other x-functional teams to ensure completeness and proper record of trade investment activities.
Lead team by developing team performance and coaching.
Assess current practices and process and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with strong academic background.
Over 10 years of working experience with commercial background, preferably in FMCG.
Good Command of English both written & spoken.
Good Analytical & Leadership skill and ability to work under pressure.
Team management experience.
