Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions (TPVI), a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Marketing Strategist to join their team! In this role, you will create, manage, and drive marketing program strategies that promote our division's solutions and products. You will be responsible for overseeing the success of defined marketing initiatives and lead the development of TPVI brand content strategy, working in conjunction with the broader marketing teams to support overarching business objectives and goals. You will be instrumental throughout the campaign development process, including defining the messaging strategy, determining the best channel/format for execution, and editing copy and content artifacts. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of our brand positioning, using this to advance existing opportunities for the sales team within a targeted account and specific contacts, and help to win new business by organizing and executing specific marketing programs and campaigns for our clients. This role will report to the Director of Marketing within the Taylor Print & Visual Impressions Sales COE. With high visibility to this position, the successful candidate must be enthusiastic, tenacious, able to influence without authority, and work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a collaborative team environment. Your Responsibilities: Lead the strategy for TPVI's RFP/RFI responses and coordinate all new TPVI opportunity responses - prepares strategic presentations & pitches and assists marketing/RFP team with appropriate positioning Align TPVI content calendar to ensure content reflects overall TPVI business strategy Support the development of integrated content strategy and plan in partnership with internal teams, key marketing and partners to develop breakthrough creative content ideas that emotionally engages the consumer by delivering the right branded message at the right place at the right time Leverage customer research, personas, journey maps, channel preference/usage and site data to develop content strategies that target user needs and support business goals Align cross-project or cross-work stream content experience requirements to ensure continuity for the user across the omni-channel customer experience Understand the relationships and opportunities between content and channels and strategically orchestrate them to achieve business objectives Drive consistency across our group with executive summaries and business proposals; Observation of industry competitors and apply learned differentiators to help increase win rate for new business Involvement in industry associations to gain insight to industry trends and provide thought leadership Partner with other Taylor BU's as the voice of TPVI to further close TPVI produced opportunities Act as the last pass on TPVI sales content to ensure Sales/Marketing continuity Plan and execute market strategies focused on product use and adoption and the overall success of the existing and prospective customers Measure and report on the success of presentation campaigns and optimizes approach based on real-time analytics and data; analyzes program effectiveness and directs department strategies to improve overall results when business is won or not won Enhance the buyer journey as it relates to content development and inbound marketing efforts Keep stakeholders current on project status; keep things movi g; elevates project concerns to senior levels of leadership when appropriate Perform other duties as assigned You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field 5+ years of progressive professional experience in a direct/customer-facing marketing role Experience with brand and content planning/strategy - customer journey, campaign development, and/or brand architecture development Copywriting and/or editing skills Possess a consultative mindset that promotes creativity, effectiveness in appealing to customers, efficiency and net income Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shifting priorities under tight timeframes, handle frequent interruptions, and refocus efforts as needed based on changing priorities Hands-on experience in executing innovative and multi-part projects and campaigns We Would Also Prefer: Familiarity with the Taylor Enterprise sales cycle to strategically create targeted marketing presentations to nurture prospective business, drive adoption, and accelerate growth Some experience with product marketing About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
