　　While working in operations, you will be responsible for building small components while paying great attention to detail. Working in a team environment you will be tasked to rotate between labs and support numerous operations and build process. plans, designs and executes activities that are directly created to the physical creation of RTX products.

　　Responsibilities to Anticipate:

　　Discipline description: Conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over applicable variables, and services, troubleshoots and solves problems, issues related to electronic board and components.

　　Conducts soldering tasks under the J-STD-001 certification.

　　You will be tasks to perform different types of assembly work and must be able to rotate to support other functions throughout the factory.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing soldering tools and microscopes.

　　Ability to understand and read cable schematics. J-STD-001 certification is required.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Typically Requires: AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.

　　U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position will require the ability to access U.S. only data systems.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Able to work under minimal supervision.

　　Applies advanced skills, adapts new procedures, techniques, tools, etc.

　　Relies on moderate to extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

　　Solves complex problems and may serve as a resource on varied tasks.

　　Leads in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of technical/business support employees.

　　The salary range for this role is 52,000 USD - 127,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
