　　Description and Requirements

　　Our Motorola Mobility Finance Team is seeking a Finance Manager to work with the team in the iconic Merchandise Mart in downtown Chicago. The role will provide E2E financial support for Non-Device Revenue and the Intellectual Property legal organization. It will also support FP&A for the product organization. As a Finance Manager in the MBG FP&A group, you will provide support to the MBG Business Unit’s Director of Finance and multiple business partners in the organization.

　　Responsibilities

　　Finance lead for the Internet Services business and Trademark and Brand Licensing business.

　　Support the Internet Services business in the strategic planning of the short and long-term forecast, with a path to double the revenue by 2025.

　　Assist in business case and contract review when onboarding new partners and/or renewing current agreements.

　　Partner with the Trademark and Brand Licensing leader to secure future revenue thru expansion of categories and licensees.

　　Lead Annual Plan, Monthly Outlook process and Accounting close for all areas under your scope.

　　Manage multiple direct licensing agreements, including an agreement with a key strategic partner, to ensure proper reporting and payment.

　　Lead both internal and external audits for the direct licensing agreement(s).

　　Assess, recommend and manage litigation reserves.

　　Manage, track and communicate the Product Structure.

　　Assist in the Annual Plan process for the Product P&L’s and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports by product to track and measure financial performance.

　　Manage two financial analysts, who directly support the areas under your scope.

　　Assist in ad hoc reporting and/or analysis requests and participate in ad hoc projects

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Bachelors in Finance or Accounting

　　5+ years’ experience working in a finance function

　　Proficient in Excel, BPC, PowerBi, Sharepoint, Google sheet, Google presentation and SAP

　　Preferred Requirements

　　People management experience

　　Possess strong analytical abilities; Prior experience working with large data sets

　　Experience communicating project goals/challenges to all levels of an organization

　　Hands-on experience working with multi-million dollar budgets
