Description:
This position is responsible for troubleshooting electrical failures and for repairing and testing circuitries of products for aerospace and commercial industries. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Must be familiar with circuit knowledge down to board level and component level - Manage the Return Material Authorization -RMA- process for returned parts. - Troubleshoot, build, rework and repair a variety of electrical products in an expeditious manner - Update and report RMA statuses and results to outstanding stakeholders - This position is an on-site position due to face-to-face interaction with peers, teams, and other employees along with the use of on-site equipment. Products they work on: - Asset Tracking, GPS, Telematic Control Units, Acoustic Material Flow Sensors, Ipad-Based Machine Control, and Monitoring, Smart Cameras and optics, Aftermarket ag products, Electronic motor and hydraulic control, aircraft comm units, recoverable data modules, airborne image recording systems, aviation speech recognition, USB power charging, stratus product line Hours: 7:00-3:30 Monday-Friday

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Applied Science Degree in Electronics and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience -Qualified in using a microscope, electronic test equipment, digital multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.. -Ability to read electrical schematics, electronic components data sheets, and interpret test results -Proficient to solder surface-mounted and through-hole electronic components = required -Preferred certification or knowledge in IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronics Assemblies and/or IPC JSTD-001 Standard Soldering Requirements -Well organized with strong analytical and reasoning abilities -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal -Strong team player and good motivational skills toward the team -Proactive and self-driven
