Description

Robert Half is hiring candidates who are highly motivated self-starters for their File Clerk position, so if you love organization and order, this may be an excellent career opportunity. In this position, you will be expected to manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems, operate office equipment, and complete general office work.

What you get to do every day

Providing quality control to ensure the documents were properly filed

Arranging high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices and other indexed documents within specified guidelines

Coordinate file gathering and indexing with various departments and employees

Word processing, filing, scanning, archiving and faxing

Support and coordinate assistance with other employees on diverse projects

Find and collect data according to company time frames

Respond to questions about records and files

Experience with Word and Excel

Efficient in handling office equipment

Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

Requirements

Microsoft Office Suites experience

Filing experience preferred

Comprehensive knowledge of Document Scanning

Employer prefers 1 year of File Clerk experience
