  Job Responsibilities:

  Reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Performance Excellence, this role contributes to execute the performance excellence transformation initiatives, manage customer complaints system, strengthen internal communication, and support employees to successfully embrace and adopt changes to drive business success.

  Collaborate with different branches to facilitate and implement holistic performance excellence plans in both field and sales teams through understanding customers and employees’ experiences, identifying improvement needs, formulating solutions, defining success metrics and measurements; and tracking performance against business goals.

  Facilitate the refine process of workflow improvement, address employee pain points and enhance customer experience.

  Participate in evaluating the changing impact through understanding employee adoption experience and soliciting inputs and feedbacks. Translate comments into continuous improvement actions.

  Reinforce and sustain performance by executing change motivation strategies.

  Monitor customer compliant system and keep track on customer satisfaction level to ensure close loop management.

  Liaise with technical training team and cross function experts to raise performance bar by addressing needs and arranging structured trainings to fill the competencies gaps.

  Reinforce departmental directions and change messages through timely and effective internal communication approaches, such as organizing employee communication sessions and preparing videos or other digital communications.

  Strengthen sense of belongings, innovation, and collaboration among teams by planning and organizing regular field site visits and employee engagement campaigns.

  Requirements:

  A university degree in Business Administration, Communications, Translation, or related discipline.

  Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.

  Good planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  Highly motivated, agile, and proactive with strong sense of responsibility.

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and influence across.

  Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Digital savvy. Experienced in design software and video editing skills.
