　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　At Ohio CAT, we are looking to add to our team in Field Service! As an Ohio CAT Field Technician you will troubleshoot and repair general equipment, water pump, and shoring equipment, components, and electrical and hydraulic systems, from a company service truck, in the field, often times at customer job sites. In a Field Technician position at Ohio CAT, you will have the satisfaction of keeping our customers working, and contributing to building the world around you!

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　High school diploma or equivalent required.

　　College and/or continued education in a technical field are a plus.

　　Experience related pump and shoring equipment service and repair is strongly preferred, including repair experience with diesel engine and water/trash pump.

　　Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record in accordance with Ohio CAT standards

　　Strong technical service skills, mechanical aptitude, and electronic system knowledge is crucial

　　Must have the ability to follow technical material and apply processes and procedures as necessary to complete repairs and manufacturers’ updates, as required.

　　PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

　　Lifting/Carrying 40 lb. Lift/Carry and 50lb+ pulling. Standing/Sitting Up and down stairs, standing, sitting, and climbing into machines. Dexterity Normal, Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
