Job Title: Environmental Technician InternJob Description

Actalent has partnered with a large environmental consulting firm seeking to train an environmental field technician to work on large agricultural projects within the Mid-West. No experience is necessary. Candidates must be willing to travel (home most weekends) and be mechanically inclined.

Hard Skills

Driving (pick-up truck)

Lifting and carrying equipment/mechanical components (up to 50 lbs. unassisted)

Hand excavation/digging (using shovels/picks)

Carrying and climbing ladders

Operating and working from man lifts

Operating electric tools (drills, saws, etc.)

Using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, etc.)

Soft Skills

Willingness to travel

Mechanical inclination

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Overland, Missouri.

Work Environment

Providing services under varying weather conditions, with tasks involving physical activities such as driving, walking inspections, lifting, digging, and using tools.
