　　Key responsibilities

　　Perform administrative tasks as necessary

　　Administer assigned files and deliver legal services under attorney supervision

　　Utilize comprehensive knowledge of legal procedures

　　Strong communication skills are essential to communicate with clients in an effective and efficient manner

　　Assist with supporting several attorneys

　　Update calendars and billing sheets and provide improvements when necessary

　　Organize client interaction

　　Address clients with legal correspondences

　　Aid attorneys in the resolution of files in an effective and efficient manner Requirements - Prior experience with legal correspondence and court filing is a plus

　　Be efficient in database management

　　Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

　　Microsoft Word experience

　　Tables of Contents (TOC) experience required

　　Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel

　　Proofreading experience

　　Deep understanding of Microsoft Outlook

　　Adeptness in Document Formatting

　　Able to manage time well

　　Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred

　　Knowledgeable in local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures
