Description

　　Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with company goals.

　　Create a roadmap for integrating AI technologies into existing products and designing new AI-driven solutions.

　　Drive company wide implementation of third-party AI solutions.

　　Manage rollout of AI solutions to internal and external customers.

　　Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and identify areas for AI improvement.

　　Analyze existing processes to pinpoint opportunities for AI integration.

　　Work closely with technology, business, and leadership teams for alignment of AI initiatives with broader business objectives.

　　Foster a collaborative culture encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-functional innovation.

　　Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.

　　Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI technologies in the financial services and insurance distribution sector.

　　Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools aligning with organizational objectives and technical infrastructure.

　　Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the impact of implemented AI solutions.

　　Continuously monitor and optimize AI models to meet business objectives and performance expectations.

　　Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory standards and security/privacy requirements.

　　Requirements

　　1+ years of experience implementing AI solutions with a focus on business impact.

　　Proven experience as a technical product manager.

　　Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for AI enhancements.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

　　Ability to analyze, understand, and document key business workflows and processes.
