Description:

　　Our client is seeking a supervisor to join their Electrical Distribution team based out of Lanham, MD. This Individual will be responsible for being on-site in the Lanham office or in the field 4-5 days/week to oversee the field and design team from a leadership lens.

　　Qualifications:

　　-Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution

　　-Field or engineering backgrounds acceptable

　　-Experience in circuit reliability and improvement

　　-Experience with Joint-Use & Overhead/Underground Distribution projects

　　-Ability to manage designers and field crew, assuring project deliverables are being met

　　-Ability to assist with field visits on weekly basis or be in-office

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　-Understand the difference between PHI/Pepco system vs. comparable experience with other utilities and their standards
