Assist theAgricultural Manager in the planning, direction, organization, andcoordination of sourcing, receiving, grading and transportation of cropsas assigned. Also, assisting in governing the management of contractedgrowers in land preparation, planting, pesticide applications andharvesting.Assist the Agricultural Manager and Plant Manager withmanaging the spray fields. Responsibilities: Manage and complete growercontracts. Sources raw product at lowest cost and best quality. AssistAgricultural Manager with the management of planting and/or tillageoperations. Ensures compliance with all government and company rules,policies, and regulations. Trains and motivates personnel within thedepartment. Maintains raw product receiving stations, weighing,sampling, and transport of product to plant. Coordinates harvest timingand operational schedules between growers and plant.
