General Summary:

　　Manages the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Service Technician responsibilities ensuring delivery of excellent customer service.   Related activities include, but are not limited to, being on-call 24 hours per day/7 days per week/365 days per year responding to customer hose repair calls, truck maintenance, monthly reports, servicing assigned territory and soliciting new business and inventory maintenance on truck.

　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Travelling to customer sites to complete on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and installations. (90% local / 10% overnight)

　　Managing assigned fleet vehicle, inventory, and tools. 

　　Provides recommendations and technical expertise to customers while onsite. 

　　Works with support team to complete all service-call paperwork, requests, and orders. 

　　Performs all other duties as assigned or requested. 

　　Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

　　High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

　　2+ years of service work related to industrial equipment (compressed air, HVAC, vacuum)

　　Working knowledge of compressed air systems and associated components.

　　Experience with three-phase electrical and plumbing systems (copper & aluminum)

　　Strong mechanical aptitude for mechanical equipment.

　　Strong customer service skills and aptitude. 

　　Working Conditions:

　　Normal business office environment with regular (up to 100% of work time) exposure to noise, dust, office equipment and supplies. 

　　Physical dexterity needed to bend, stretch, lift and reach.

　　Ability to sit or stand for extensive periods throughout the day.

　　Ability to perform basic office tasks using standard office equipment.

　　Ability to use a keyboard and computer.
