JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Conducts face to face calls on 30 to 40 offices per day to discusseducational programs and technology offering. Attends all trainingclasses and events as directed by Regional Manager. Plans, organizes andimplements effective strategies using all company programs, tools andinitiatives to increase market share Maintains communication withRegional General Manager on a timely basis participating in all salesmeetings as requested by the Regional General Manager. Develops andmanages a specific target list of prospects. Participates in specialprojects and performs other duties as required. In addition to theessential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions arealso responsible for: Meeting company standards pertaining to quantityand quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all workrelated tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Companypolicies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards. Adheringto Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards ofworkplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.QUALIFICATIONS: Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Studies must include,at minimum, 1 semester sales course (4 credits hours), and preferablyworking toward a sales degree but will accept marketing or businessmajors with an emphasis on sales. Experience: Former sales experiencepreferred but not mandatory. Other: Strong customer interpersonalskills. Ability to meet and befriend cold call prospects.
