  We are looking for an individual who thrives on working autonomously to deliver results and continually seeks out new business opportunities.

  TRAVEL

  While working with market leading brands, this role requires you to manage our Supermarkets customers around Cairns servicing an area from Tully to Mossman to Atherton.

  A current valid driver’s license is required.

  A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

  We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Merchandisers, driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.

  Reporting into the State Field Sales Manager, you will be given the room to build your own effective relationships as well as support from the team to assist you to develop and grow your territory.

  As part of your role, you will also work closely and develop existing relationships with our key Customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing and managing of an existing customer base

  • Coach & develop merchandiser team

  • Delivering to sales KPI’s

  • Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products.

  • This role will include a fully maintained tool of trade, phone and tablet.

  WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability plan and adapt in a dynamic work environment

  • Highly competent in Outlook, Excel and Power Point, with knowledge of Power Bi desirable

  • You will be outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationship with our various Supermarket customers.

  • You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with customers.

  • As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style.
