Join us in building and celebrating the value of Amazon Business to buyers and sellers of all sizes, unlocking our potential worldwide.Our Go-To-Market Enablement, Change Management, and Communications (ECMC) Team is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as an Enablement Lead. You will be responsible for designing and executing an enablement strategy that accelerates growth in the Amazon Business US Professional Services organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your passion for problem solving by creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating programs (live and virtually), and driving positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured Professional Services employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong Professional Services training background with superior program management skills and a history of training and/or mentoring others. Our ECMC team works closely with internal Sales teams, Marketing, and Sales Operations (to name a few). Examples of the projects that will be driven by this individual include developing tailored assets, executing new hire onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives, and supporting programs that enable Professional Services teams to accelerate growth. The ideal applicant will have the skills necessary to develop a data driven learning strategy, get leadership buy in through effective doc writing and work with partner teams to execute the plan.Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation/facilitation skills with diverse audiences. Adult learning experience is highly preferred.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Austin, TX, USA | Boston, MA, USA | New York, NY, USA | Seattle, WA, USA | Washington, DC, USABachelor's degree in a relevant field.5+ years combination of professional services, enablement, direct sales, or learning and development experience with increasing influence and responsibility.5+ years of relevant experience developing and executing sales enablement programs.Experience using sales or customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.com, Certinia and various content/knowledge management systems.Experience with single threaded ownership scoping and defining requirements for improvement projects.Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing internal stakeholders.Project management experience, including managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.Experience training and mentoring peers or direct reports.This position may require up to 25% travel1+ years Amazon or Amazon Business experience in related positions3+ years of B2B Sales Experience2+ years of Program Management experienceExperience working with LMS platforms, specifically Cornerstone (Knet)Experience utilizing Professional Services KPIsExperience with Change ManagementAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Outlook and SharePoint)Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $107,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
