You will be responsible for designing and executing an enablement strategy that accelerates growth in the Amazon Business US Professional Services organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your passion for problem solving by creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating programs (live and virtually), and driving positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured Professional Services employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong Professional Services training background with superior program management skills and a history of training and/or mentoring others. Our ECMC team works closely with internal Sales teams, Marketing, and Sales Operations (to name a few). Examples of the projects that will be driven by this individual include developing tailored assets, executing new hire onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives, and supporting programs that enable Professional Services teams to accelerate growth. The ideal applicant will have the skills necessary to develop a data driven learning strategy, get leadership buy in through effective doc writing and work with partner teams to execute the plan.Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation/facilitation skills with diverse audiences.
