Our client, a Sports Management Firm, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to join their NYC office. The hours are 9am-5pm (flex to come in early/stay late) and this role is in the office five days a week.

　　Responsibilities:Provide administrative assistance to CEO, acting as gatekeeperServe as first point of contact in the New York officeCoordinate schedules, appointments, and international travel arrangements across time zonesOrganize commercial and private charter flights; coordinate accommodation including visas and carsProcess invoices in line with company's proceduresLiaise daily with the London office to coordinate schedules, meetings, and eventsPerform ad hoc projects as required, including participating at industry events in the US and globally Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferredExperience supporting ultra-high net worth individuals in both a professional and personal capacityProficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)Efficient and trustworthy professional with strong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of the Sports industry a plusCompensation/Benefits:Up to $120K base depending on experience 20 days PTOPension planBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
