You will collaborate withcross-functional teams, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of both thenetworking landscape and the intricacies of the Federal market to drive brandawareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with thecompany's objectives in the Federal sector.Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, andchallenges specific to the Federal vertical.Craft and communicate a compelling value proposition tailored to Federalagencies and stakeholders.Collaborate with subject matter experts to create thought leadershipcontent, whitepapers, and case studies showcasing our expertise innetworking solutions for Federal clients.Drive the development of compelling content for various channels, includingsocial media, webinars, and traditional media.Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and driveconversions within the Federal market.Represent the company at relevant events, conferences, and forums toenhance our visibility within the Federal sector.Work with the Marketing Operations team to utilize data and analytics tomeasure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuousimprovement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a relatedfield; MBA is a plus.Proven experience in marketing within the networking industry, with a strongemphasis on the Federal vertical.Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies thatdrive business growth.Understanding Federal procurement processes and compliance requirements is aplus.Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present complextechnical information clearly and concisely - focus on a storytelling approachtowards customers.Strong networking capabilities and proactiveness to deal with the demand fromkey stakeholders, especially senior management.Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographies and managingexternal stakeholders.Minimum Salary: $108,900.00Maximum Salary:$166,980.00The pay range for this position is expected to be between $108,900.00 and$166,980.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary dependingon multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for thisposition also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility,vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details ofparticipation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receivesaIf hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Companyreserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment orcompensation program) at any time, including for reasons related toindividual performance, Company or individual department/teamperformance, and market factors.Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state paytransparency regulations.
