　　Our Fast Track District Manager is a critical role — in charge of overseeing our management staff and developing top talent within our restaurants. You will serve as the liaison between your team and the support center ensuring strong communication. As a Fast Track District Manager, you will focus on daily sales, marketing plans and restaurant operations including cost of goods sold, labor and guest relations. This role lays the foundation for high performing restaurants and happy, motivated team members.

　　You know the business. You have at least one year of experience as an Area Supervisor and four years of restaurant management experience. Even better - you have two years of experience as a Fast Track District Manager within QSR and six years of restaurant management experience.

　　You inspire smiles. You’re familiar with and have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service and will uphold Company Core Values.
