　　Provides counseling, education and case management to patients assigned in structured programs of Breakthrough Outpatient as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or health related field.Preferred Qualifications:

　　6 months of experience in Chemical Dependency or Behavior Health treatment.

　　Some experience with family therapy.
