Temporary full-time position from 3/15/2024 to 11/1/2024Employee will perform duties such as drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Employee must have experience with GPS Systems in Farm Equipment/Machinery. Machinery to include Tractor(s), Seeder, Air Drill, Sprayer, Grain Cart, Combine(s) etc. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, mower and drill to tractor for mowing and or tillage, along with knowledge of using a rock picker and roller. Employee must have knowledge of how to properly move seeding and harvesting equipment safely from field to field. Haul crops from field to storage facilities. Employees will be required to operate and maintain all fans, if any, on grain bins, along with being able to operate and move augers to correct grain bin locations. General farming duties such as servicing and repairing equipment, basic facility maintenance/upkeep and shop work.
