Refinery Operator – 1 st Shift | $19/hour

　　Rotating schedule (week 1 - 36 hours, week 2 - 48 hours), 6:00am-6:00pm

　　A small, family owned soybean processing plant in Cherokee, IA is hiring a 1 st shift Refinery Operator to join their growing team. This Refinery Operator works on a team to monitor and adjust parameters while processing a wide variety of edible oils. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Regulate flow of materials to and from conveyors chutes, pumps, or storage bins

　　Adjust equipment to maintain a uniform flow of materials

　　Keep records of material processed

　　Clean and lubricate equipment

　　Perform general labor, housekeeping, and sanitation responsibilities as required

　　Requirements:

　　Mechanical knowledge of pumps, valves, and steam systems is a plus

　　Strong reading, writing, math, and analytical skills

　　Must have great attitude and be willing to try new things
