Career Laddersavailable Produces appropriate dimension ultrasonic recordings anddoppler flow images of heart and related structures for diagnostic use.Technicians are responsible for operating and caring for diagnosticequipment, working as part of a multidisciplinary team, and serving oncommittees and/or task forces and participating in projects asneeded/requested. He/She may be required to alternate shifts, weekends,holidays, call schedules, flexible hours, and overtime as necessary toensure the delivery of quality patient care at assigned site(s).Education and Experience Graduate of accredited school ofultrasound/echocardiography or equivalent One year previous experiencein echocardiography preferred Certification/Licensure CPR CertificationRDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) by the ARDMS Board orRCS by the CCI Board registered or registry eligible. Must obtain RCSregistration in adult echo within six (6) months.
