Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

　　Location: Ogdensburg NY 13669

　　Duration: 07 Months to Long Term

　　Shift: 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

　　Role & Responsibilities:Work with adult inpatients with back-up coverage of Children/Youth inpatients when their nurse practitioner is off duty (i.e. vacation).Conduct admission physical exams.Assess and manage medical needs of hospitalized patients (census of 41 adults).Order and review labs.Initiate and/or coordinate consults/referrals with outside specialists, and ER transfers when indicated.All COVID protocols will be followed.License and Experience Required:Must be certified as a family nurse practitioner with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.BLS or CPR Certificate.
