  JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is, butis not limited to, overseeing the work of the Business ServicesSpecialist in the functional areas of Fulfillment, Scanning and/orFacilities. This position will focus on cost reduction, managinginventory, acting as a vendor relationship manager, process improvementsand production logistics. **This position will work onsite at 2302International Lane, Madison, WI 53704 POSITION DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversees and executes the work of Business Services Specialists andperform daily processing activities as it relates to fulfillment ofphysical and digital print, intake/scanning of incoming documentation,and facilities management of TCB corporate offices. This position willoversee the day-to-day activities in the mail center, scanning, orfacilities areas which includes but is not limited to: working withvendors over the phone and in person, coding fulfillment vendorinvoices, managing onsite equipment (printers, sorter/inserters, postagemeters, etc.), supply management and inventory, production andprocessing of outgoing communications, performing small repairs orassessing the appropriate vendor to take actionable steps, and otherduties as assigned. Provides analysis of business data for use indecision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiativesand other cost cutting efforts. This role will have a strong focus onlowering costs related to fulfillment. This position will require strongtechnological skills related to electronic data interchange and thefacilitation of file transfers between FTP and SFTP\'s. Assist managerin departmental supervisory responsibilities as directed. Partner withMarketing & Communications, and Sales departments to print, store andship flyers and trade show material. Coordinatestasks/projects/processes and provides direction to more than one projectteam. This position will help prepare and maintain project plans, trackproject progress, prepare reports upon request, review projectrequirements, identify dependencies, delegate responsibilities toproject team members, and ensure that work is completed. This positionwill be relied upon to schedule and carry out cross functional meetingsto facilitate team collaboration with both internal and externalstakeholders. Have a solid general knowledge in all processes in allproduct divisions with a proficiency in knowledge of dedicated productline(s). Provide guidance in processes and product management, as wellas process and product improvement.
