This role will contribute to facility efficiency by supporting our color blending production team, assisting with warehouse duties and deliveries, and assisting customers in troubleshooting products.The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Facility #4317, located at: 9530 10th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98108Organize stocks and maintain inventoryAssist with color blending, warehouse and delivery responsibilities as neededOperate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe mannerCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersEnsure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and securityFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsTroubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with spray equipmentEnsure customers' quality and service expectations are metMinimum RequirementsMust be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the futureMust be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasionPreferred QualificationsHave at least one (1) year of work experience mixing or blending raw materials and making a product in an industrial batch processHave at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drum dollys, conveyor belts, etc.)Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service positionHave at least one (1) year of work experience monitoring the quality of raw materials and/or finished goodsHave at least one (1) year experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution facilityHave previous work experience selling paint and paint related productsHave prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipmentHave prior work experience repairing spray equipmentSherwin-Williams is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion and Diversity Supportive Employer.
