General Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Project Manager to join our growing business. This individual will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of our facility projects, ensuring they align with our business goals and requirements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the International Facility Management Association's (IFMA) Certified Facility Manager (CFM) 11 core competencies.

Responsibilities:
Operations and Maintenance: Coordinate the functionality of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and plumbing. Work with vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of facility projects, specifically in cleanroom and factory settings, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget in accordance with project management principles based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
Quality Assessment and Innovation: Continually assess the effectiveness of our facilities and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Leadership and Strategy: Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align facility projects with business goals.
Finance and Business: Develop and manage the budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Responsible for an annual facilities maintenance budget.
Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability: Implement sustainable practices to reduce our environmental impact.
Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure business continuity in cleanroom and factory environments.
Human Factors: Consider the impact of facility projects on employees and implement solutions to improve their comfort and efficiency.
Property Management: Coordinate the acquisition, management, and disposal of property.
Technology: Apply technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our cleanroom and factory facilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 10 years of experience in facility project management with a focus on cleanroom and factory environments OR Master's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience.
Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification is preferred.
Solid understanding of the IFMA CFM 11 core competencies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
