We are urgently seeking an exceptional Facilities Manager with experience working in luxury residential industry

　　Pay Rate: 80,000 -90,000 (Salary)

　　Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am- 4pm (After Hour on call 24/7)

　　Responsibilities:

　　Oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities.

　　Running routine safety inspections.

　　Corresponding with contractors.

　　Planning maintenance work.

　　Maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff.

　　Qualifications:

　　Must have a friendly and outgoing personality.

　　Ability to identify service projects.

　　Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.

　　Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
