Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and implement necessary repairs- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and facilities- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by addressing their maintenance needs promptly and professionally

　　Qualifications:- Strong electrical skills, including the ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for recording and tracking maintenance activities- Knowledge of logic controllers and mechanical systems- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
