They are responsible for plant equipment andservices. The MaintenanceManager monitors employee performance andprovides consistent feedback to the team. A positive upbeat personality,provides training, feedback and a mentor for all maintenancestaff.

　　Ensuring all planned maintenance is carried out as well as thecoordination of unscheduled maintenance.

　　Supports the efforts of the Facilities Engineer to ensure that thephysical plant, equipment and systems are in place to improve productionefficiency. Reports to the Facilities Engineer.

　　Essential Job Functions

　　Be hands on and multi-disciplined experienced(mechanical, electrical,automation, etc.)

　　Fine tunes and installs equipment

　　Provide sound input to keep design of production systems for maximumefficiency and throughout the plant

　　Responsible for safety checks on all equipment

　　Builds and maintains positive working relationships with co-workers andcontractors using principles of good customer service

　　Assists in training personnel.

　　Enforces health/safety procedures and guidelines foroperationmanufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitaryand protective gear

　　Competencies

　　Able to interpret a variety of technical instructions

　　Ability to work well with others and across all departments

　　Management experience required

　　Written and verbal communication experience required

　　Displays good math, technical and decision-making skills
