　　Essential Duties & Responsibilities

　　Picking up trash and emptying trash containers.\Performing light repairs and maintenance such as replacing lightfixtures, painting, etc.\Assisting with the cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities andcommon spaces.\Washing windows.\Vacuuming and cleaning floors, rugs, furniture, and dusting allhorizontal surfaces.\Additional cleaning areas as required.\Performing limited grounds cleanup.\Examining property for safety hazards and reporting problems tomaintenance staff.\Ensuring that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.\Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor ormanagement, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rulesand procedures.\Performing other related duties as required
