In this role, as Commercial Operations Manager, in the business venture ‘ECG Solutions’ for remote cardiac medical devices, software and services, you can disrupt MedTech and make a real difference for patients.

Your role:
Transition the Supply Chain, Clinical Operations and Customer Service setup with an initial focus on creation of new delivery models to operational execution, then continuous improvement towards further integration with Philips standards.
Optimize Cost of Sales and Inventory balanced to target Customer Service Levels.
Driving engagement and performance from problem solving and by leading projects and colleagues in a non-hierarchical delivery model.
Support strategic decisions for integrated supply chain and clinical/customer services by means of business modeling, in close corporation with Marketing & Sales, Product Management, Finance, IT, Q&R and R&D.
Implementations and improvements, but also support to operationally manage the complex global network-based supply chain.
Being perceived as a professional with thorough understanding and experience of the entire End2End Order2Cash cycle.

Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) is part of the Philips Connected Care business cluster. Philips ECG Solutions (former BioTelemetry) is part of the AM&D business and provides remote cardiac monitoring and diagnostics services for more than one million patients per year. This role reports to the Commercial Operations Director IM and is part of an entrepreneurial, multidisciplinary team acting as a start-up/scale-up in the larger corporation, tasked to support new businesses and acquire new skills whilst leveraging the competencies of the broader Philips organization.
You're the right fit if:
Master in a relevant area (Supply Chain / Business education with experience in MedTech/technology environment or Technology education combined with a business master)
At least 4 years of working experience in the field of supply chain and/or customer services, preferably in MedTech
Understanding and affinity with software platforms and processes to manage operations, clinical operations and customer services
Experience in designing, improving and successfully executing in above domain with proven results
Innovative mindset & entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on approach
Passionate personality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Willingness to travel up to 25%
