　　Description

　　As a Store Manager in training (MIT) you will:

　　Hold your team accountable for performance standards

　　Provide leadership to the store team by rewarding and recognizing performance, coaching employees

　　Drive store execution and performance (sales)

　　Consistently progress towards the completion of program milestones

　　Represent and live Jockey values

　　What you bring to the team:

　　Must be 18 years of age

　　High School diploma or equivalent

　　At least 1 year of leadership experience in a service driven environment

　　Relocation flexibility may be required (in excess of 250 miles).
