  Job Description:

  POSITION SUMMARY

  Maintains company facilities; Oversee and assist field personnel with service center maintenance; Help maintain safe and health work environments; Oversee vehicle preventative maintenance program and ensure compliance with corporate policy and government regulations; Assist with maintaining driver enforcement policies; Handles other duties as assigned.

  PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  Oversee tracking and maintenance of our vehicle fleet and corresponding internal programs such as fleet management software. Ensure service objectives established for customers are met efficiently and cost-effectively. Assist with analyzing maintenance costs and provide recommendations on fleet utilization and replacement. Communicate maintenance requirements to ensure maximum efficiency and implement correction actions as required. Use fleet management software to help monitor vehicle performance and costs. Analyze data to identify patterns and track remedial action to reduce costs. Assist with budgeting company truck needs.

  Oversee and assist field personnel with service center maintenance concerning electrical, plumbing, pest management, parking, safety, etc. Oversee and assist in vehicle safety concerning theft and vandalism. Oversee corporate office maintenance; maintaining building necessities of contractors, plumbers, electricians, city officials, fire and safety, etc.

  Handle nationwide service center negotiations and searches. Act as liaison between company and landlord in regards to negotiating lease renewals/extensions. Engage in new service center searches; research and compile all info in order to present it to necessary individuals; assisting in ensuring service centers accommodate business demand.

  Recruit, select, orient, train, coach, counsel, and discipline team members as required.

  Ensure reports are prepared that collect, analyze and summarize information. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements by enforcing regulations.

  Accomplish company and organizational mission by contributing to team effort and handling other duties and special projects as assigned by superiors assisting in the overall success of the company. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the art practices; participating in professional societies.

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Able to work effectively and independently with limited direction; self-starter.

  Effectively maintains appointment schedules.

  Ability to respond to calls outside of normal business hours.

  Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.

  Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs.

  Ability to meet deadlines, set priorities.

  Demonstrated proficiency with budgeting and vendor management

  Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, word-processing software, particularly those in Microsoft Office, to facilitate daily work and prepare reports.

  Has effective organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to coordinate effectively with team as well as others in different levels of the organization.

  Detail oriented and self-managing; Self-motivated and proactive.

  Demonstrates professionalism at all times. Excellent analytical and organizational skills

  Ability to travel to nationwide sites as needed

  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field and/or 3 years relevant experience; Mechanical Background preferred
