　　Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for Experienced, Senior or Expert Systems Engineers to join our team located in Renton or Everett, WA.

　　Position Responsibilities :

　　Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions

　　Evaluates customer and /operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces

　　Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture

　　Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success

　　Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes

　　Resolves cross-functional technical issues

　　This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

　　This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

　　Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) :

　　Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering disciplinePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

　　5 or more year’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceTypical Education & Experience :

　　Experienced: Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

　　Senior : Bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' experience in an engineering classification. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

　　Expert: Bachelor's degree and typically 14 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 12 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with typically 9 more years' experience in an engineering classification. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

　　Summary pay range Experienced: $104,550 - $141,450

　　Summary pay range Senior: $128,350 - $173,650

　　Summary pay range Expert: $157,250 - $212,750
