Job Title: Junior Controller

　　Job Summary:

　　We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Controller. In this role, you will play a vital part in the preparation of consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and balancing an automated consolidation system, ensuring data accuracy through inputting data, scheduling required jobs, and verifying information.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and various departments.Maintain and balance an automated consolidation system by inputting data, scheduling required jobs, and verifying information.Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports and verifying data.Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling accounts.Prepare payments by accruing expenses, assigning account numbers, requesting disbursements, and reconciling accounts.Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes.Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.Provide accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information, converting data to the general ledger system, and obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements.Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication skills.Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.Must pass background check and drug screening.Competitive wage and benefits with opportunities for skill development.
