We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pipe Installer to join our team in the Greenville, North Carolina area.

　　Responsibilities and Duties:

　　Lay ductile iron/mechanical joint pipe with a Heavy Civil WWTP General Contractor

　　Assemble, install, and repair underground pipe fittings and valves for storm drains, sanitation sewers, and water mains

　　Move pipe, equipment, and machines using hoists, dollies, rollers, and hand trucks

　　Install piping systems including ductile iron, PVC, steel, and mechanical joint pipe

　　Install various equipment such as pumps, valves, generators, tanks, motors, conveyors, and rail systems

　　Set and check anchor bolts, imbeds, and fastening devices before concrete placements

　　Utilize pipe lasers and transits to position pipe and fittings in trenches

　　Measure, cut, and leak test pipes

　　Adhere to job site safety protocols and procedures

　　Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure proper working conditions

　　Requirements:

　　Prior experience laying ductile iron/mechanical joint pipe with a Heavy Civil WWTP General Contractor

　　Familiarity with trench safety and rigging/signaling training

　　Proficiency in working with ductile iron, steel, and PVC pipe

　　Must be 18 years of age or older

　　Own transportation to and from the job site (driver's license not required)

　　Willingness to travel as per project requirements (multi-state opportunities)
