Unit Description

　　Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for our Campus account in Brownwood, TX . This chef will have direct supervision of the kitchen staff, and will be responsible for ordering, inventory, safety, writing catering menus, pre- and post- production numbers. The Chef should also be able to bring variety to the menu for the students dining options.

　　Sodexo at HPU currently has 400+ students on meal plans and serves meals in the cafeteria seven days a week, as well as operating Fambrough's - a small coffee and eatery in the student center.

　　Qualifications & Requirements

　　Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

　　Basic Management Experience - 2 years

　　Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
