Description
We are seeking a self-motivated, exceptionally organized, customer obsessed Executive Assistant to lead the administrative support team for Global Deal Strategy & Programs (GDSP) while directly supporting the GDSP VP. A high level of diplomacy, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as is the ability to pivot quickly, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver high-quality results in an ambiguous environment. The qualified candidate will juggle simultaneous priorities with excellent judgment, flexibility, and a service-oriented approach. Clear communication and the ability to read a room is critical, as is the ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization, leadership team structure, and business partner/stakeholder roles. This is a distinctly visible management role for an organization with global impact. The ideal candidate will lead, hire and develop EAs with highest standards.
Key job responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Manages all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including complex multi-day meeting set-up, logistics, lodging, transportation, meals and expense statements. Collects and communicates instructions in advance of the meeting on purpose of meeting, agenda, prep required and logistics for meetings with a large audience. Manages confidential documents and information with sensitivity. Has strong attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Experience partnering with stakeholders and peers in a team-oriented environment
Experience prioritizing multiple assignments with minimal guidance, meeting deadlines, and informing team members with detailed attention and accuracy in all deliverables
Experience strategically and executing tactically with a demonstrated ability to design and improve on processes that simplify and minimize churn
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
