Description

We are in search of a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. This role is paramount in the support of top-level executives, providing administrative assistance, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and handle all schedule changes and cancellations.

Perform routine administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documents.

Prepare reports, memos, invoices, financial statements, and other documents.

File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

Greet visitors to the executive office, ensuring a welcoming and professional image.

Handle confidential information discretely and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements

Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Discretion and confidentiality.

High School degree; additional qualification as Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant will be a plus.
