Our client is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team in the Conshohocken, PA area! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources and payroll functions efficiently. This role requires a keen understanding of HR processes, payroll administration, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
Payroll Administration:
Process and manage bi-weekly or monthly payroll for employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and overtime.
Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll accounts and address discrepancies.
Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements related to payroll.
HR Administration:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Support employees in understanding and utilizing their benefits.
Ensure compliance with benefit-related regulations.
Compliance and Reporting:
Stay informed about changes in labor laws and employment regulations.
Prepare and submit reports required by regulatory agencies.
Assist in audits related to HR and payroll processes.
Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations by addressing queries and concerns.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues.
Contribute to a positive work culture through effective communication.
