Job Description: Your role as an Executive Assistant will be to act as the pillar that keeps the management team's operations well-organized, efficient, and productive. You are considered as the backbone of the company, providing direct administrative support to their executive team while helping drive an exciting work culture!

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage office systems and gadgets.

Excell in scheduling, creating itineraries, and arranging spectacular meetings.

Produce detailed reports, concise presentations, and responsive correspondence.

Liaise with clients and visitors, maintaining an impeccable image of the company.

Uphold confidentiality and safeguard all operational procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with proven experience as an Executive Assistant.

At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Superior organizational skills and proficiency in multitasking.

Proficiency in using Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, etc.
