About Executive Assistant

  This person must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.

  The Executive Assistant provides advanced level administrative support to SVP and above level leaders. Performs other duties as assigned.

  Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  Schedules conference calls and internal meetings. Including large meetings and customer meetings.

  Maintains leader’s calendar.

  Assists with preparing presentations.

  Coordinates deliverables with leader’s direct reports.

  Approves expense reports and approve timecards for leaders’ s direct reports.

  Books travel.

  Position Requirements:

  High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  More than 5 years of prior experience working in an office setting required.

  More than 7 years of prior experience working in an office setting preferred.

  Prior experience supporting senior management level preferred.

  Excellent attention to detail.

  Excellent customer service skills.

  Excellent communication skills.

  Excellent Microsoft Office & G-Suite skills.

  Able to quickly learn new software and technologies.

  Able to manage confidential information.

  Strong presentation skills.

  Able to multi-task.

  Job may require approximately 10% travel.

  The COVID-19 vaccination is/may be a condition of employment.

  Physical Requirements:

  Standard work environment

  More than 50% of the time:

  Sit, stand, walk.

  Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs.

  See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.

  Less than 50% of the time:

  Stoop, kneel or crawl.

  Climb and balance.

  Carry and lift.
