  WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  Highly collaborative, professional partner with the ability to work as a team player and mutually support and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  Must manage own performance independently and effectively with excellent time management skills.

  Pro-active management of complex calendars including arranging and rearranging appointments as needed for internal and external stakeholders;

  Support the planning and coordination of Finance Leadership Team travel logistics; including airlines, hotels, and transportation - and take initiative to collect travel receipts and submit expense reimbursement requests promptly.

  Handle incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications while exercising and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality;

  Organize, prioritize, and execute administrative tasks and projects as requested by the Finance Leadership Team;

  Work closely and collaborate with the Administrative Coordinators for other leaders and other colleagues in support of special assignments and support;

  Coordinating and logistics for Finance leadership team and departmental meetings;

  Serve as coordinator for general Finance processes.

  Superior prioritization, organization, proofreading, and office administration skills.

  High degree of initiative and the capacity to anticipate the needs of professionals.

  Workload management; manage multiple assignments with a strong focus on organization and prioritization.

  Answer inquiries and direct to appropriate parties for prompt and efficient resolution.

  Maintain documents and records in accordance with administrative and record retention policies.

  Work on special projects and assignments as requested.

  Attend and participate in meetings and events as required.

  CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  Do you have outstanding proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)?

  Do you possess Excellent organizational skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and ability to manage multi-task assignments.

  ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  Minimum of 5 years administrative experience supporting multiple functional leaders.

  High School diploma required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  Ability to troubleshoot basic software issues and learn new systems quickly.

  SharePoint administration experience a plus.

  Ability to proactively anticipate needs of and opportunities for Finance Leadership Team

  Ability to build and maintain business relationships and be calm and flexible under pressure and amidst changing priorities

  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  Strong interpersonal skills.

  Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

  Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  Ability to work a flexible schedule when workloads and deadlines require.

  Experience providing administrative support to an Executive in a matrixed multi-national corporation preferred

  The following is a general summary of the competitive compensation and benefit plans we offer:

  401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.

  Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent

  Company contributes an additional three percent to 401(k) whether employee participates or not
